OWN IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
All mechanical components of the gear unit are manufactured in our own production halls in Wissen (Sieg), DE - you can see and feel that. Our production enables short delivery times and a high degree of individualization. We would also be happy to manufacture for you!

What is a torque wrench?
A torque wrench is a technical tool for industrial assembly work. We differentiate between hydraulic and continuously rotating torque wrenches. The latter are available as cordless, electric, pneumatic or mechanical torque wrenches. Which drive type of torque wrench is the right one depends on a number of factors (read more here).

The combination of any type of drive with the planetary gearbox from JUWEL enables torques of up to 15,000 Nm. Screw connections can therefore be assemblied reliably and safely. Due to our own CNC production, design and programming department, we are able to design and manufacture all accessories for you - in 40 years we have seen a lot. We are happy to share our experience with you! Do not worry about horrendous costs for custom-made products: Pricing is transparent according to the effort and in close consultation with you - it must not fail at the accessories.
Maintenance of JUWEL and third-party equipment
We perform all services related to bolting and power wrenches. In addition to JUWEL products, we also repair and calibrate all devices from other manufacturers. Please feel free to send us your device from your current supplier. After the assessment, you will receive a transparent offer for the defective components and decide for yourself whether to carry out the maintenance or not.
Lifelong maintenance
There are no maximum maintenance periods with us. JUWEL torque wrenches from the 1990s, which still come to our company for maintenance purposes after more than 25 years, prove our philosophy right: Quality and service determine satisfaction and sustainability!
