Weight-optimized design ideal for small torques
The TQS-065 and TQS-095 cordless torque wrenches are available up to a torque of 950 Nm. With our TQS-065, we use an aluminium support for additional weight savings. For the more powerful models, we use reliable steel!

Our TQS battery-powered torque wrenches 400, 500, 600 and 700 models come standard with an additional handle and a modular gear with bearings for safe handling at high torques. In this way, screw connections with up to 10,000 Nm are possible.

We are therefore pleased to be able to offer you the TQS-1000: A battery-powered torque wrench with a maximum torque of 10,000 Nm! (Torque range: 500 to 10,000 Nm). And if that's not enough, our TQS-1500 with a maximum torque of 15,000 Nm is even better. The torque can be easily adjusted using the dirt-resistant manual gear selector lever.

What can a cordless torque wrench be used for?
A cordless torque gun is used for the assembly and disassembly of screw connections. The industries are as varied as their respective applications. A cordless torque wrench is often used for flange connections. Torques from 100 to 15,000 Nm are possible. A cordless torque gun takes assembly work to a new level in terms of both quality and speed.

Does a cordless torque wrench need to be calibrated? If so, at what interval?
Yes, a cordless torque wrench is tested and calibrated in accordance with international standards. As a DIN ISO 9001 certified company, TÜV checks our test bench every year to ensure that it is up to date and that our own calibrations of the test and load cells are complied with. We recommend that our customers have their cordless torque wrenches calibrated once a year.
What is carried out during regular calibration / testing?
As soon as a cordless torque screwdriver arrives at our premises, it is first checked for functionality: We check all gears in clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation. Torque values are then tested randomly. The impressions gained here remain in our heads, as the screwdriver is then opened and dismantled. All components are checked for wear and tear and the gearbox is washed and re-greased. Each screwdriver is only serviced by one employee at a time. The screwdriver is then recalibrated and the certificate renewed.
Why should I switch from an impact wrench to a cordless torque wrench?
Compared to an impact wrench, cordless power screwdrivers have two decisive advantages: They are a tool calibrated in accordance with international standards and are therefore highly precise. This ensures a secure screw connection and protects both the user and the components to be screwed together from damage. In addition, cordless torque wrenches are much more ergonomic: the noise pollution is negligible compared to an impact wrench. What's more, the cordless torque wrench does not vibrate. The mechanical lock protects the user from the torque applied.
What are the delivery times for a cordless torque screwdriver from JUWEL?
JUWEL cordless torque wrenches are available within a few days to a maximum of 3 weeks. In-house production allows us a high degree of flexibility and intelligent warehousing. Every cordless torque wrench is assembled and calibrated after the order has been placed. This means that you will not receive a cordless torque wrench that has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The lubrication is fresh and the test report is up to date.
