Similar to steel construction, the same challenges applies to crane assembly:

• Both small and large torques are required

• The space conditions vary from case to case: Screw connections can be carried out freely without restrictions or in tight conditions

• Cranes are dismounted after a set time. In addition, they are exposed to all environmental influences such as moisture, cold, heat and dirt. Rust or dirt in the thread lead to a higher loosening torque compared to fastening torque. This must be considered when purchasing/renting a torque multiplier.
